Mentoring
Mentoring is designed to help you learn how to apply SIMUL8 to real projects. Mentoring provides you with training in key simulation skills and SIMUL8 features you need to deliver your project fast and effectively.
Our mentors are selected from our support and consulting team. They guide you through the entire project. You learn first-hand the skills you need for your project. For example:
- Structuring simulation
- Using key features (Spreadsheets, Visual Logic, Labels)
- Analyzing the results
- Validating and verifying your simulation
At the end of the mentoring program you have a completed project and have added our knowledge to your skill set. Knowledge you can use on future projects.
Delivery
Mentoring is delivered when you need it using a combination of email, telephone and web conferencing.
Cost
Mentoring costs between $2000 and $10,000. The cost depends on how much contact you wish with the mentor and how much of the program is delivered onsite. Fixed prices are agreed before the project begins.
However sixteen hours of mentoring is inclusive as part of the Consultant's Toolkit, but can also be purchased separately. We recommend 16 hours as the minimum time for the 1st mentoring project after which blocks of 4 hours can be purchased as an when you need it.
